The Urus and the Revuelto share a badge and almost nothing else about how you will use them. One is a five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV. The other is a two-seat mid-engine V12 hybrid. This is how to decide which Lamborghini fits your lifestyle before you spend a weekend arguing about horsepower.
Lamborghini names are used here only to identify the vehicles. China Luxury Car Parts is an independent aftermarket supplier and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lamborghini.
Start with the week, not the brochure
Write down the trips you actually take. School runs, clients, highway miles, and a garage with a low door are more useful than a 0–100 km/h time.
- People. The Urus SE seats five. The Revuelto seats two. If a third person rides with you more than a few times a year, the coupe is a second car, not the only car.
- Luggage and height. The Urus is an SUV with a real load floor. The Revuelto is low, wide, and mid-engined. Measure the garage door and the driveway apron before you fall in love with the coupe.
- Distance. Both are fast. Only the Urus is built to be the car you drive when you are tired, carrying bags, or sitting in traffic with passengers.
Choose the Urus when the car has to work
The 2026 Urus in current production is the Urus SE, a plug-in hybrid. Lamborghini pairs a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with an electric motor and quotes a combined 800 CV, all-wheel drive, and an eight-speed automatic. It also quotes more than 60 km of electric driving; the figure on a U.S. window sticker can be shorter, so plan trips from the sticker, not from a headline.
- You want one car for the week and the weekend.
- You need rear seats and a higher seating position.
- You will use it in rain, on rough pavement, or with a charger at home for short trips.
It is still a wide, expensive SUV with large tires and carbon-ceramic brakes on many builds. “Practical” here means practical next to a Revuelto, not next to a family crossover.
Choose the Revuelto when the car is the event
The Revuelto is Lamborghini’s V12 flagship: a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12, three electric motors, and a combined 1,015 CV, with an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox and all-wheel drive. Lamborghini quotes 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a top speed over 350 km/h. The battery is small. Electric range is a few miles, for moving off quietly and filling torque, not for commuting.
- You already have a daily car, or you truly drive alone.
- You want the V12 and will accept the ride height, the cabin noise, and the attention.
- Your roads, insurance, and storage can live with a low carbon-bodied coupe.
Compare the ownership, not only the sprint
| Question | Urus SE | Revuelto |
|---|---|---|
| Seats | Five | Two |
| Layout | SUV, plug-in hybrid V8 | Mid-engine V12 hybrid coupe |
| Best at | Daily miles with passengers | Short, special drives |
| Watch for | Tire, brake, and charging habits | Ground clearance, insurance, two-seat limit |
Tires, brake rotors, and insurance will dwarf the difference in fuel. A plug-in hybrid also needs a honest plan for charging. If you will never plug the Urus in, you still have the V8, but you paid for a system you are not using.
Exterior parts are not interchangeable
A front lip for an older Urus will not fit an Urus SE bumper, and nothing from the SUV fits the Revuelto. If you add aero after the purchase, send the model year, the bumper style, and the material you want — dry carbon, wet carbon, or FRP. We confirm that list, then ship the aftermarket parts from China by express. Transit time to your address is quoted before you pay.

FAQ
Is the Urus just a slower Revuelto?
No. It is a different tool: five seats, SUV ride height, and a plug-in V8. The Revuelto is quicker and far less usable as an only car.
Can the Revuelto replace a daily driver?
A few owners do it. Most should not. Two seats, a low nose, and a tiny electric range make it a poor only car if anyone else rides with you.
Which one should I modify first?
Whichever car you already own. Tell us the exact model year. Urus S, Urus Performante, Urus SE, and Revuelto do not share bumpers.
