The 2026 Lamborghini Urus earns the “luxury SUV” label for a specific reason: it is still a five-seat, all-wheel-drive SUV, and the current Urus SE adds a plug-in hybrid system without giving up the pace the name is known for. That combination is rare. It is also easy to misunderstand if you shop it like a sports car that happens to have doors.
Lamborghini is a trademark of its owner. China Luxury Car Parts is an independent aftermarket supplier of exterior parts and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lamborghini.
What “ultimate luxury SUV” should mean
A luxury SUV has to do three jobs on the same day: carry people, isolate a bad road, and still feel special when the road clears. The Urus SE is aimed at that overlap. It seats five, sits you higher than a coupe, and uses all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic. Lamborghini rates the combined output at 800 CV — about 789 horsepower on many U.S. listings — and quotes 0–100 km/h in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 312 km/h.
Those numbers are not why it is usable. The seats, the load floor, and the ride height are. A Revuelto is faster. It will not take the family and the luggage.
Two power sources, one drivetrain
The Urus SE pairs a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery. Lamborghini describes the motor as able to drive the car on its own or add to the V8, and quotes more than 60 km of electric driving. A U.S. window sticker often shows a shorter electric range. Use the sticker when you plan a trip, and use a home charger if you want the electric miles. Never plugging it in does not break the idea of the car, but it does waste the part you paid extra for.
- Short urban trips — the electric mode is the point, if you charge.
- A fast highway pull — the V8 and the motor work together. That is the 800 CV figure, not the V8 alone.
- Bad weather — all-wheel drive and torque split front to rear are there for grip, not for a spec-sheet line.
It is still a heavy performance SUV. Tires, brakes, and fuel will remind you of that even on a quiet week.
Buy it for the week you actually have
- You need five seats more often than you need a V12.
- You can garage a wide SUV and you have a plan for premium fuel and, ideally, charging.
- You want one car that can do a client dinner and a Sunday drive without a second vehicle on standby.
Skip it if you want the theater of a mid-engine car, or if the running costs of a super-SUV are going to annoy you every time the tires are due. There are calmer luxury SUVs. There are also faster Lamborghinis. The Urus SE is the one that tries to be both.
The 2026 face is not the old Urus face
The SE is a different bumper and lighting generation from the earlier Urus S and Urus Performante. A lip, splitter, or diffuser made for those cars is the wrong part, even if the silhouette looks familiar in a photo. Cameras and radar in the bumper make a “close enough” fit a functional problem, not only a cosmetic one.
If you add exterior pieces, send the model year, confirm it is an SE, and name the material. We check that the aftermarket part matches, then ship it from China by express. We quote transit time to your address before you pay. Browse parts for Lamborghini or send the specification. We do not sell the vehicle.
FAQ
Is the 2026 Urus still available with only a gasoline engine?
The current Urus is the plug-in hybrid SE. Earlier gasoline Urus models are a different car on the used market, with different bumpers. Do not order SE body parts against an older VIN, or the reverse.
How far will it drive on electricity?
Lamborghini quotes more than 60 km. U.S. range figures on the window sticker are often lower. Charge habits and speed change the result either way.
Does a body kit ruin the luxury?
A lip that clears sensors and driveways does not. A lip that scrapes or covers a camera does. Confirm the SE bumper before anything is packed.
